How and why does The Deli Downstairs collect personal details?
In order to make a purchase from our webshop, you will be asked to provide us with some personal information (including your name, billing and delivery address, telephone number and email address). This information is needed in order for us to fulfil your order and deal with your queries.

What is a Cookie?
